News: Kuipers and Brych to Referee UEFA Finals

As I predicted, the Dutchman and the German will take the Champions League and Europa League finals.
Bjorn Kuipers, a supermarket owner from the Netherlands, will manage the Champions League final between Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid in Lisbon, Portugal on May 24.

Dr. Felix Brych, who is from Germany and has a doctorate in Law, will officiate the Europa League final between Sevilla and Benfica in Turin, Italy on May 14.

Neither of these appointments is a surprise; Kuipers officiated the Europa League final last year and had a great year internationally. Brych has also been outstanding. Both men will represent their countries at the World Cup.
